Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees.
I like to use the broiler pan that came with my oven for this recipe. You
will need a pan that has some kind of open rack above a solid pan for
liquid. Pour the apple juice in the bottom of the broiler pan. Place the
top of the broiler pan (or your open rack) over the bottom pan. Cut each
rack of ribs in half for easier handling and place on the top of the
rack. (bone side down) Cover the pan with foil and seal the edges well.
We will be infusing the meat with moisture from the apple juice. Place in
the oven and bake for about 1 hour. Remove the ribs from the oven, remove
the foil, and brush lightly with Grill’n Time Sauce. Put the ribs back in
the oven under the broiler and broil for a few minutes until the ribs are
glazed and a little crispy around the edges. (This step may be done on
your grill in better weather) Cut each section of ribs between the bones
in smaller portions for serving and pass extra sauce. Close your eyes and
you’ll think you are eating in your favorite rib joint!
